Crumble & Dipped is a cottage food bakery run out of our home in the Northeast — where every treat is made by hand, with care, and with the best ingredients we can find.
How it all started
It started with the people Karen loved most. Cake pops for a friend's kid's high school graduation. More cake pops for birthday after birthday. Decorated sugar cookies for baby showers, engagement parties, and everything in between. And every holiday season, a big batch of assorted cookies made with care for friends and family.
What began as a labor of love — baking for the moments that mattered — slowly became something more. Word spread the way it does when something is genuinely good, and before long, Crumble & Dipped had a name and a purpose.
Every order is still made the same way it was from the very beginning — by hand, in Karen's kitchen, with real ingredients and real attention to detail. Because the best treats aren't just delicious. They're made for someone.

Meet the baker
Hi, I'm Karen
I'm a home baker, a mom, and a lifelong lover of anything sweet. I started Crumble & Dipped because I wanted to share the joy that baking brings me — one cookie, one cake pop, one beautifully decorated sugar cookie at a time. When I'm not in the kitchen, you'll find me hunting for new flavor combinations, obsessing over royal icing consistency, and taste-testing (strictly for quality control, of course).
